★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JNE is one of the largest courier company in Indonesia. JNE Pusat (Tomang No.11) is the place for meeting with JNE employee and meet with customer service JNE. And just beside JNE Pusat Building there is JNE Pusat Drop Point (Tomang No.9),this place open 24 hours and still open during public holiday. So if you need to send package right away, you can drop your package here anytime. The service here also very fast. And they also provide pickup service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those of you in need of prompt/fast delivery, I'd suggest you to think about it again. Shipped with YES (one day) service but received the package the day after. Requested for claim of delivery charge since end of September, but received no response of my claim yet until now. They asked for the shipper to send their receipt for claim procedure but how can the shipper send it if shipper is a shop I purchased the items I bought. How are they supposed to take responsibility of the shipment which I requested? It IS NOT a reasonable procedure. Only the receiver would be care enough to claim for late/delayed delivery in cases where shipper is a shop.
Sent reminder through email several times already (4x) but as if our case is being neglected. Shipped another package with YES service months ago and again, received it the day after. I thought they would improve their service but turns out they did not. So I'm actually unsure whether YES is really a one-day service. Should have shipped with REG instead, when I can also receive packages within 2-3 days (delivery charge of REG is about 50% of YES charge). Very disappointed with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an item and paid for JNE service to deliver a package to my door, only to get an SMS saying that the package had arrived and I had to pick up at their office. RIDICULOUS! No sorry, no explanation, and my message was ignored. Complained to customer service but very slow response, expect 3 days for them to reply your query.
Update:
Customer Service basically said that I lied because according to their "record", the package was delivered on the same day it arrived at their office, while the truth was the package was picked up from their office 2 days later.
Stay away if you don't want to be cheated and to be called a liar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 Hours services for delivering thing is much appreciated. But when I’m here, the services at midnight isn’t what I expected, I mean about the queuing. I came here with nobody on the queue, I saw a lot of workers but I need to still wait until more than 15mins just to place my things on the cashier. Maybe 15mins isn’t a long time to wait, but with nobody on the queue and a lot of workers, in the big office, I think not suppose to be like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this place of jne solution for you to send goods if another jne closed. Nice service , administrator work fast. But during H - 2 of Aid Fitri so many people to send things so I waited about 2 hours for my turn.
But I think this place is nice although we should waited, many chair and some chiair they put plug ini so you can used it when your hp battery down.
You can drink water when you thirsty, there is a dispanser

Had trusted this service to send my package to Singapore, VERY dissapointing!
They PROMISE that my package will be there on 11 FEB, now, it's 17 FEB, and there's no update until now!
And NO PIC is in charge for the package!
