★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga ngerti lagi sama JNE, paket yg harusnya udah sampe masih di jalan, sampe di jemput ke drop points infonya dari siang paket udah di bawa kurir, kurir di tlpn tapi ga ada jawaban cuma diem trus langsung di matiin,
Padahal jarak titik antar dari drop point ga sampe 1.5 kilo meter,
Kacau, semoga jadi perhatian JNE pusat untuk memperbaiki kualitas kerja, Hati-hati kehilangan customer
I don't understand anymore with JNE, the package that should have arrived is still on the road, until it was picked up at the drop points, the info was from noon the package was brought by a courier, the courier was on the phone but there was no answer, just silenced and turned it off immediately,
Even though the distance between the drop points is not up to 1.5 kilometers,
It's a mess, hopefully it will be the center of JNE's attention to improve the quality of work, Be careful about losing customers
