Kardusnya sampai dgn kondisi hancur dan isinya pada remuk. Kok gk dikasih notice barang pecah belah dan isi makanan.
Bayar mahal2 begini pelayanannya.
It's really bad, I regret sending snacks via JNE.
The box arrived in a shattered condition and its contents crumbled. Why wasn't there a notice for glassware and food contents.
Pay dearly for this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terlalu banyak komplen dari pelanggan. Saya sendiri juga pernah kesel sama jne, di tracking kok bisa2nya barang sudah diterima. Lah padahal blm ada paket datang. Ini jelas tidak konsisten banget. NOT RECOMENDED
Too many complaints from customers. I myself have also been annoyed with jne, in tracking how come the goods have been received. Even though no package has arrived yet. This is clearly not very consistent. NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengiriman paketnya diulang sampai 2kali tapi gak sampe²... Mau nunggu sampai berapa hari lagi? Ini udah 8 hari tapi paket belum sampe juga... Lewat dari estimasi pengiriman yang seharusnya sampai cuma 4 hari... BIKIN KECEWA!!!!
The package was sent twice but it didn't arrive... How many days do you want to wait? It's been 8 days but the package hasn't arrived yet... It's past the estimated delivery time that should have arrived only 4 days... DISAPPOINTING!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurir JNE paling parah. barang gk di kirim kirim. di isi laporan rumah tidak ada orang. padahal rumah itu pasti ada orang orng toko juga setiap hari buka masa di isi tidak ada orang heran2. setiap hari di tulis "WITH DELIVERY COURIER" ujung2 nya "NOBODY AT HOME / OFFICE TO RECEIVE SHIPMENT" kalo gk niat kerja gk usah lah tutup saja. kasian yg sudah kirim barang di tunggu keluarga di kampung malah gk sampe sampe. Sangat KECEWA. kalo semisal di ambil di mana sini saja ambil saja barangnya. telp ajah yg di cantumkan telp pusat jakarta. wis gk bener sampean

Just call the one listed for the central phone in Jakarta. wow you're not right
