★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kerja nya lemot banget... sudah cek resi paketan sudah ada di cabang ini dari tgl 14 mei tp saya tunggu 3 hari blm dianter juga... nomer telpon jg gak bisa dihubungi... sangat mengecewakan sekali... mohon di perbaiki sistem kerja nya donk..
 The work is really slow ... I have checked the package receipt already in this branch from May 14, but I waited 3 days before it was delivered too ... The telephone number can't be reached ... very disappointing ... please fix the system do you work?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicek resi pengiriman sdh d kirim kurir tpi paketan belum sampe jg. Biasa pake JNT atau sicepat 3 hari udh smpe. Ini udh 5 hari belum sampe jga. Ga lagi² pake JnE klo tau kaya gini pelayanannya.
Check the shipping receipt already sent the courier but the package hasn't arrived yet. I usually use JNT or 3 days soon after. It hasn't been 5 days yet. No longer using JnE if I know what this service is like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manajemen, pelayanan sampai dg personel, baik yg jaga maupun kurir MENGECEWAKAN. Bag staf tdk mau angkat tlp atau tlp diganti g shg susah dihub. Kurir kebanyakan ijin dan tdk tepat waktu. Manajemen kurang disiplin, malah terkesan santai2 dg karyawan, smtr antrian banyak. Org banyak dtg bukan krn mau kirim brg tp pd mau ambil barang paketan yg kmhk besar sdh telat bbrp hr. Betul2 tidak profesional. Selain JNE, msh banyak koq Expedisi lain yg lbh baik, bahkan di hr mgg pun mereka kerja, spt J&T, SiCepat atau bahkan ktr Pos pun skrg sdh jauh lbh cepat dan profesional ketimbang JNE.
Management, services to personnel, both guard and courier DISAPPOINTMENT. For staff, they don't want to pick up the phone or the phone is replaced, so it's hard to call. Couriers mostly permission and not on time. Management lacks discipline, instead seems relaxed with employees, lots of queues. Org a lot not because I want to send it, but I want to pick up the big package, which is too late, hr. Really unprofessional. In addition to JNE, there are still many other expeditions that are better, even in their working days, such as J&T, SiCepat or even Ktr Pos, now they are far faster and more professional than JNE.

Sebagai customer saya kecewa dengan service nya.
Mental Karyawan nya kaya sampah udah tau antrian banyak diluar gak boleh masuk pintunya malah dikunci, ditanyain baik2 juga gak jawab. Sampah!!!
Is the JNE office a messy place?
As a customer I am disappointed with the service.
Mentally, the employees are like garbage, already know that there are many queues outside, the door can't even be locked, even being questioned, it's also not answered. Trash !!!

due to the transfer of the warehouse location to singkil so the place is quiet and only a counter....

Barang datang tidak disortir per area, tapi menumpuk masih di dalam karung, begitu ada yg ambil nyarinya lama banget sampai sejam saya nungguin
Services and handling are less professional, even though JNE is already decades old.
The goods came not sorted by area, but piled up still in a sack, once someone took it for a long time, I waited for an hour.
