Harus nunggu satu karyawan datang lagi baru saya di layanani

Minta pickup harus barang nya kecil2 gak boleh ada yang besar
Padahal jarak nya sama tempat saya cuma 100 meter, bisa naik motor 2x tapi staff nya gak mau. Kasian yang punya JNE ini (owner) staff yang merugikan.

Ask for a pickup, the items must be small, there can't be anything big
Even though the distance from my place is only 100 meters, I can ride a motorbike 2x but the staff doesn't want to. Pity those who have JNE (owner) staff who are detrimental.

Pelayanan cepat dan ga di ribetkan. Rekomen deh jne glaze!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah menggunakan jasa JNE di sini cukup lama. Pelayanan di counter cukup menyenangkan. Cepat, teliti dan pegawai counter tidak segan dalam memberikan informasi lebih ketika dibutuhkan.
Walaupun sering walk in, input lokasi selalu akurat sehingga paket langsung ke tujuan (Tanpa harus keliling kota dulu spt bbrp jasa kurir lain).
Metode pembayaran sekarang sudah banyak kemajuan. Selain tunai juga ada gopay, mesin edisi, etc.
Overall good service. Mudah-mudahan bisa terus dipertahankan.
Have used JNE services here for a long time. Service at the counter is quite pleasant. Fast, thorough and the counter staff does not hesitate to provide more information when needed.
Even though they often walk in, the location input is always accurate so that the package goes straight to the destination (without having to go around town first like some other courier services).
Payment methods now have a lot of progress. Apart from cash, there are also gopays, edition machines, etc.
Overall good service. Hopefully it can be maintained.
