Di JNE lain mau ngirim orderan tokped ribetnya minta ampun, gak boleh pake barcode, packingan dibongkar tapi mesti packing ulang sendiri
Tapi di JNE sini dibantu semua, meskipun pake barcode nambah packing kayu ga dipersulit, mau pake asuransi jg yang bongkar dan packing ulang langsung pegawai JNE nya
Salah satu alasan masih pake JNE karena ada cabang disini, kalau enggak sih udah ogah pake JNE lagi
Friendly, responsive, professional service
At another JNE, I want to send a tokped order. It's complicated, I'm sorry, you can't use a barcode, the packaging is unpacked but you have to repack it yourself
But here at JNE, everyone is helped, even though using a barcode, adding wooden packing is not complicated, you want to use insurance too, who unloads and repackages directly the JNE employees
One of the reasons I still use JNE is because there is a branch here, otherwise I don't want to use JNE anymore
