★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya strategis berada tepat di pertigaan jalan Jababeka Raya. Kamar kosannya pun super nyaman dan bersih. Ada yg pakai AC atau kipas angin saja. Keamanan terjamin dengan akses pintu besi yg selalu terkunci. Ada banyak cctv terpasang di area kos.
Tempat parkir cukup luas dan menampung sampai belasan motor. Ibu kos nya super baik, helpfull banget dan cekatan. Value for money banget kos disini, ada ruang dapur dan meja makan di area lantai dua. Kulkas juga tersedia namun harus berbagi space dengan penghuni kos yang lain. Worth it.
Remomended Stay.
Its strategic location is right at the junction of Jababeka Raya road. The boarding rooms are super comfortable and clean. Some use AC or a fan only. Guaranteed security with access to an iron door that is always locked. There are many CCTV installed in the boarding area.
The parking lot is quite large and accommodates up to a dozen motorbikes. The boarding house mother is super kind, very helpful and nimble. Value for money is really boarding here, there is a kitchen room and dining table on the second floor area. A refrigerator is also available but you have to share space with other residents of the boarding house. Worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost putra dan putri depan pintu jababeka 1. Udah ada isinya ya termasuk spring bed + bantal + lemari dan kamar mandinya didalam juga. Ada ac dan non ac. Lokasi strategis banget ke minimarket deket mau nyari makanan juga deket bisa jalan kaki. Fasilitas nya mantap banget udah dapet WiFi terus laundry 8 kali sebulan (3kg/cucian) udah termasuk listrik dan air PDAM. Ada dapur umum di lantai 2 dan 3 ya udah ada kulkas juga berbagi space sama yg lain. Ibu kostnya baik banget ? Aman soalnya udah ada cctv, kunci pintu keluar cuman orang-orang JJ yg punya. Baik dan cepet tanggap juga pengurus kostannya. Untuk harga dan ketentuan lainnya boleh ditanya lewat nomer yg ada diatas.
Boys and girls boarding house in front of Jababeka's door 1. It already has its contents, including spring bed + pillow + cupboard and the bathroom is inside too. There is ac and non ac. The location is very strategic to the minimarket near to looking for food, also close to walking. The facilities are really great, I already get WiFi and do laundry 8 times a month (3kg/laundry) including electricity and PDAM water. There is a communal kitchen on the 2nd and 3rd floors, yes, there is already a refrigerator and also shares space with others. The boarding lady is really nice It's safe because there is CCTV, only JJ's people have the key to the exit. Good and quick to respond as well as the boarding house manager.
