★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kost di bagian luar memang bersih tapi kondisi dalam kamar kurang terawat. ac kurang dingin walaupun sudah suhu 16derajat. di lantai 2, tekanan shower kamar mandi di saat jam-jam orang mandi, sangat kurang. bahkan sempat tidak keluar airnya. air minum tidak termasuk. tempat jemuran ga bisa dipakai kalau hujan karena walau ada atap plastik tapi berlubang. di mamikos tertulis ada fasilitas mesin cuci tapi tidak bisa dipakai. parkir motor tanpa atap jadi kena panas dan hujan. wifi agak spoty kalau terlalu jauh jarak dari transmiter. sampah yang ditaruh di keranjang sampah lt.2 tidak dibuang oleh penjaga kos kalau tidak dibungkus plastik sendiri.
boarding on the outside is clean but the conditions in the room are poorly maintained. ac is not cold enough even though the temperature is 16 degrees. on the 2nd floor, the shower pressure during the shower hours, is very lacking. the water didn't even come out. drinking water not included. the clothesline cannot be used when it rains because even though there is a plastic roof, it has holes. in mamikos it is written there is a washing machine facility but it cannot be used. motorbike parking without a roof so it gets hot and rainy. wifi is a bit spoty if it's too far from the transmitter. The trash that is placed in the 2nd floor trash can is not thrown away by the boarding house guard if it is not wrapped in plastic itself.
