★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisa kos harian, mingguan, juga bulanan. Penjaganya ramah, menyediakan aneka kopi dan makanan ringan. Parkir memadai, keamanan cctv dan gerbang dikunci malam hari.
Can boarding daily, weekly, and monthly. The caretaker is friendly, providing a variety of coffee and snacks. Parking is adequate, cctv security and the gates are locked at night.

Serta kamar mandinya bersih dan ruangannya yg kecil namun tertata sangat rapi..nyaman dan tentunya bersih juga.

But I also feel very satisfied and comfortable...especially free Wi-Fi and full signal
And the bathroom is clean and the room is small but very neatly arranged ... comfortable and of course clean too.

Worth it lah. parkir luas dan aman, suasana lingkungan juga nyaman. aman ada penjaga nya. kamar mandi ada air panas nya. kekurangan kamar terlalu sempit tapi secara keselurauhan saya puas menginap disini. 175 kamar bersih kamar mandi air panas cukup untuk ber istirahat di kota tanpa jalan tol ini. akses kesini jg gampang dari Amplaz ( ambarukmo plaza ) recomended buat yang cuma butuh buat istirahat aja. sukses selalu jj house kost exlusive yogyakarta.

Worth it. spacious and safe parking, the atmosphere of the environment is also comfortable. safe there is a guard. the bathroom has hot water. lack of rooms is too narrow but overall I am satisfied staying here. 175 clean rooms, bathrooms, hot water, enough for a break in this city without toll roads. easy access here from Amplaz (Ambarukmo Plaza) recommended for those who just need to rest. always success jj exlusive boarding house yogyakarta.
