The building is quite old that has been rented out with several tenants in it.. quite well maintained..toilets and elevators are maintained

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung perkantoran yg lmyn udah cukup berumur, mnrt gw udah perlu peremajaan terutama di fasad-nya..lahan parkir jg agak terbatas, terutama buat mobil..tp lokasinya strategis bgt mnrt gw, makanya gw kasih *4
The old office building is quite old, according to me, it needs renovation, especially on the facade.. the parking area is also a bit limited, especially for cars.. but the location is very strategic according to me, that's why I give it *4
