★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bedroom with unique bathroom, mostly digitally equiped. At swimming pool area unfortunately there was strictly regulation due to Covid-19 pandemic that we had to register first to get the available time for swimming and maximum 10 person every 1 hour.

it's been my 3rd visit to Mangan, and this place hv been soooo muchh better than my last visit on early 2021.
spacious dining area, great buffet (i lovee their Beef quality), taste perfectly and blended in (u have to try their prawn pasta too!) and thx you mba Agis, mas caesar and the rest of the team to serve us tonight .
(they're just tooo sweet.. and gave my dad a spontaneous surprise)
this is my honest opinion, as my personal experience.. and i def will come for another visit.. or stay at JHL just for this nice dine-in experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay was good, room and food very nice. Even cake on ground restaurant (bleu) was very delish. But THE PARKING LOT AND LIFT DURING WEEKEND STAY WAS VERY AWFUL!! They must be seperate reserved parking lot and lift for weekend hotel guest and party guest. Very disappointed for hotel guests that unable park caused all used by party guests.

The room was very clean & spacious, excellent lighting with windows directly face the main street.
Staffs were professionals, the food was beyond excellent.

Food taste & variety are great ( mangan )
What was not so great was the kids club ( toddler ). Water gun are broken, games are so boring ( only a slide ) and it was only for 1 hour.
Royal eight was just okay, not so great for 5* hotel with competitive price.
There was misunderstanding for open time. In-room TV advertised the restaurant hour open at 5pm. But when we went to the restaurant, front liner said it open at 6pm and it already like that since the beginning.
Im not sure what was going on, but me & my wife didn't happy with the tone ( kind of rude )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxurious and comfortable hotel. The room is comfortable and spacious. The bed and pillow are comfortable (love them!). The toilet is spacious (almost halves the room!), equipped with shower and bathtub. However the water smells during my stay there, which is a downside.
The food are heaven! The variety and taste are superb!
All in all, I recommend the hotel. I hope they can sort the bathroom smell, though.

Food is also good but you must be a bit patient as the time from order until the food served take about 20-25 minutes.
Worth to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the best hotels I have ever visited! The ambience is sophisticated and the staff are really nice. Their service deserves more than 5 stars! I dined in the Al Gusto restaurant and they even gave me complimentary beverage and food. The food is really worth the price ?? I am not celebrating anything tonight but they made my night very special! I highly recommend the place ? I will surely celebrate my birthday here ???
