★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi dekat dgn pusat perkantoran dan perbelanjaan. Kamar tidur ukuran kecil ,interior dan kmr mandi bersih. Fasilitas ac, air panas, bed, bantal guling meja kerja dan lemari pakaian. Tersedia air panas di ruang tengah. Bisa sewa harian dan disediakan handuk, selimut, sabun nandi, shampoo, sikat gigi dan pasta gigi.
The location is close to the office and shopping center. Bedroom is small, interior and bathroom are clean. Facilities AC, hot water, bed, pillow, bolster work table and wardrobe. Hot water is available in the living room. Can be rent daily and provided towels, blankets, nandi soap, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Plus : Aman krn pintu pakai kartu akses, Wifi kenceng, fasumnya banyak, ada jualan kayak di rak minimarket, deket banyak warteg murah pagi siang malam, air jernih seger

The majority of students, sometimes noisy until past midnight
Not available sheets, bolster pillowcases (you can buy them there)
There is no car park
One car aisle width
No TV and amenities (no channels and antenna)
All the toilets next to the wall (wrong design)
Cots, tables, wooden chairs are not proportional
Wardrobe short hanger (clinket clothes)
The room is small because the bed is too big, for just barely enough prayer

Dengan harga segitu fasilitas super lengkap, kamar mandi dalam, ac, water heater, kasur lemari meja kursi bantal guling, dapur umum, setrika umum, kulkas umum, mesin cuci umum & ruang jemur luas, parkir motor, penjaga kos, wifi, dispenser air umum, ruang kumpul dan tv umum. Kosnya juga baru jd masih bersih & terang. Ada mbak2 yg beberes, nyapu pel tempat2 umum diluar kamar, jd kebersihan kos terjaga. Kalo mau dicuciin dan disetrikain juga bisa, nambah biaya. Nemu ini dr mamikost, foto2nya disana juga sesuai. Minusnya utk ukuran kamar tidak luas ya. Tapi dengan fasilitas yg sangat lengkap, harga segitu menurut saya cukup pantas.
Cost recommended. Moved here over a year ago due to a mutation. With that price, super complete facilities, private bathroom, air conditioner, water heater, mattress, table, chair and bolster, common kitchen, general iron, public refrigerator, general washing machine & spacious drying room, motorbike parking, boarding house guards, wifi, water dispenser public, common room and public tv. The boarding house is also new so it's still clean & bright. There are ladies and gentlemen who are cleaning up, sweeping the mops in public places outside the room, so the cleanliness of the boarding house is maintained. If you want to wash and iron it, you can also add costs. Found this from mamikost, the photos there are also appropriate. The minus is that the room size is not spacious, right. But with very complete facilities, that price in my opinion is quite reasonable.
