So far the best agent property, sewa apartemen di kemang village for a year desember kemarin. Got a considered good price compared to other agent. Never believe such "online solution", but this one definitely deliver ?

Worst service ever and i will not recommend any expat to use them. I had contacted them around 2 months back regarding a couple of apartments but never heard from the agent who was assigned to me. Every time i followed up, i was told that the customer is overseas. Anyways, i selected an apartment in Pondok Indah Residency and just now came back after the visit. The price listed is USD $3000 per month and when i asked the agent after seeing the apartment - he quoted the price $3,200 per month which was not true. His response was this is the price listed on the website and when i questioned him and asked to check - he came up with ok ok USD $3000 lol. Why do you people have to cheat? Really bad experience and will never recommend them to anyone. I have attached screenshots - beware of them - Screenshot of the apartment which i was interested in with price - Screenshot of conversation with Jendela360 agent with whom i had to follow up - Screenshot of Jendela360 WhatsApp number which i believe is customer support asking me to follow up again with Agent. Nice, as a customer i need to keep on reminding and following up with people. Do you guys even know the meaning of customer support and service?

They're good on following up before sales, including the collection of deposit, but very lousy response when dealing with after the rent period for returning the deposit. They're good on following up when I will check out, but they were lousy to follow up your request prior to start the lease. Bravo! Don't think will engage them again if I ever need to rent an apartment in Jakarta again.

Had a less than pleasant experience when trying to withdraw my deposit fee after end of rent period. They charged a lot of things: laundry for curtains & sofa, minor scratches on appliance, etc. They even try to charge Rp200,000 because of some nails on the door. Fortunately there's proof that the nails were already there before my visit. For would be renter, I'd suggest to take photo of every single corner/surfaces of the unit.

This company is not legit!!!! They will try to overcharge you or else charged you with small Tiny mistakes! Do Not! Trust this company!!!!

Jandela is my agent until now ,three months in my apartment have problem in AC and response so bad , when I am using AC water drop and have to put something to collect water and throw it every hour ,this should be my life in luxury apartment paying too much every month,please avoid dealing with this company

These people are not professional, they didnt check the unit before hand over after that you complain about the electronic items, they will charge you. They didnt even check the gas stove, its working fine or not, i was about to met with an accident due to their negligence of services. Don't use their services especially when they recommend you any unit, that unit will turn to be pathetic for you. Also dont use their services if you are not in the country. Expats who is ready to move, please dont use this agent. Look for another option.

Used jendela360 twice for apartment renting. Initially, the salesperson was helpful to find unit that matched with your requirements. But at the end of the renting period, things got really messy and really unprofessional. Takes ages to withdraw my deposit, being thrown here and there and chatted with different people for follow up, need to remind them literary every day about the deposit return. The deposit was being deducted with unknown item, charged repairment fee for things that had already been damaged even before I moved in (everyone is complaining about the same thing). Their after-sales is the worst. It’s a great business model and helped a lot, but their service damaged everything.
