1. Di unit BC 12 17, pindahan noh, karna emang butuh cepet, ya udah tempatin. Taunya, AC kaga dingin. Halah, kesel parah, Gua akhirnya nunggu sempet panggil cuci ac aja, gua pikir paling kaga di cuci. Taunya, setelah gua cuci ac, tetep kaga dingin. Anjir. Ini gua tempatin AC kaga befreon. Gua hub tuh agen, Balesannya "ACnya DINGIN tuh pertama kali, kenapa baru bilang sekarang?" ugh... Kepahitan no 1. Karena udah MALES BANGET ya. YA UDAH GUA ISIIN NOH FREON.
2. Itu WC UNIT BC 12 17, Showernya BOLONG jir. BOCORRRRR, ini gak ngarti ya gua. Unit niat kaga sih di sewa. Ini kepahitan NO 2. GUA GANTII NOH SHOWER.
3. INI Pas udah mau keluar.

(lewat WA) Gua: nes, ini gua balikin kunci hari ini ya. Uang jaminannya kapan dibalikin (3 juta coy, uang itu)?

Intinya kalau lu mau hari2 lu indah. JANGAN deh. Hari gua jadi banyak buruknya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tidak tau untuk Agent ini baik atau tidak tapi dari Marketing yang saya dapat dari Agent ini sangat tidak professional. Di agent ini memang banyak pilihan unit yang ditawarkan tapi mungkin harus lebih berhati hati memilih Marketing nya. Saya sudah 2 minggu sejak kontrak habis belum dikembalikan Deposit dan saya followup malah jawaban nya tidak enak. Jangan pakai alasan tentang Owner ke Client, karena client berurusan dengan Marketing Agent bukan Owner !
I don't know whether this agent is good or not, but the marketing that I got from this agent is very unprofessional. In this agent, there are many choices of units offered, but maybe you have to be more careful in choosing the marketing. I have been 2 weeks since the contract ran out and I haven't returned the deposit and I followed up the answer was not good. Don't use excuses about Owner to Client, because the client is dealing with a Marketing Agent not an Owner!
