Bisa menjadi jalan alternatif untuk mempersingkat perjalanan. Sebagai cekdam, tanggul untuk memperlambat laju aliran lahar dingin di Kali Putih. Kondisinya memang tidak sepenuhnya bagus mengingat pernah diterjang hantaman lahar dingin pasca erupsi Gunung Merapi tahun 2010.
