Kecewa banget sm Jangki petshop cabang ini, sbg pelanggan lama dan sering nitip doggy dan grooming, pas butuh mau nitip doggy 4 hari krn perlu bgt k luar kota, tiba2 dibilang "Ga bisa lg nitip anjing di kami", tanpa kasih alasan knp tiba2 ga bisa nitip lg atw alasan apapun yg saya percaya sbg customer, kita wajar donk utk diinfo krn slm ini sering nitip anjing disini. Eh tnyta pas dikroscek k call center soal info tsb dan mgkn dikontak sm call center k petshop tsb ( fyi, call center blg bisa nitip doggy dan even CC aja bingung knp saya dikasih jawaban ga bisa nitip sm oknum petshop tsb ), dichat lg donk sm oknum tsb dan dibilang 'bisa tapi harus ini-itu'. Lah jd sbnrnya ini bisa atw ngga? Knp dr awal ga kasih informasi full dan cenderung sepotong2 sehingga tjd miskomunikasi parah begini. Trakhir krn saya sudah kesal parah, diinfo lah sm another Jangki petshop branch bhwa 'Alasan Jangki Yasmin ga bisa nitip anjing disitu adlh krn lg ada hewan yg rawat inap' Wadooooh Jangki group come on, siapapun oknum Jangki Yasmin yg ngechat saya dan kasih info sepotong2 dan cenderung menyesatkan itu, saran saya jgn dikasih pegang berurusan lgsg sm customer lagi deh. Masa bilang alasan penolakan krn lg ada hewan sakit aja, hrs cabang lain yg info??? Ini kalian ngegaji tipikal kek gini bisa rugi oiii cuz customer lari semua. Tiba2 nolak tanpa ada penjelasan pdhl ternyata bisa. Smp skr ga ada minta maaf pula. Malah cabang lain yg berkali2 mnta maaf dan menjelaskan. Parahhhh oiiii
Very disappointed with Jangki petshop this branch, as an old customer and often picks up doggy and grooming, when I need to pick up doggy for 4 days because it really needs to be out of town, suddenly said "Can't take dogs anymore with us", without giving a reason why suddenly Can you give it back or for whatever reason I believe as a customer, it's only natural for us to be informed, because we often leave dogs here. Eh, apparently when I checked with the call center about the info and maybe contacted the call center with the petshop (fyi, the call center can't pick up doggy and even CC is confused, why was I given an answer, I couldn't send it to the petshop person), please chat with me the person and said 'you can but you have to do this and that'. So, is this really possible or not? Why didn't you give full information from the start and tended to be piecemeal, so there was such a severe miscommunication. Lastly, because I was really upset, I was informed by another Jangki petshop branch that 'The reason Jangki Yasmin can't take the dog there is because there are animals being hospitalized' Wadooooh Jangki group came on, whoever Jangki Yasmin chatted with me and gave me bits and pieces of info and tends to be misleading, my advice is not to be given direct contact with customers again. When you say the reason for refusal is because there are sick animals, other branches must provide information??? You guys pay a typical salary like this, you can lose, oiii cuz the customers all run away. Suddenly refused without any explanation pdhl turned out to be possible. Up until now there is no apology either. Even another branch that repeatedly apologized and explained. Parahhhh oiiii
