★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dear all klo mau service sebeiknya di cek lagi, apa lagi yang masih garansi. masa printer pas mau di service di bilang garansi void, padahal pake tinta bawaan dan beli tinta juga original masih ada 1 yang sesuai. kemarin juga pas pertama service di bilang garansi juga void karna segel warantynya rusak, untung udah di foto sebelum service segelnya masih utuh dan pas di cek bareng masih jadi gak bisa ngelak kesalahannya. klo kayak gini jangan bawa" nama epson sebagai tempat servicenya apa lagi saat susah begini kerja gak jujur makan duit haram.
