β β β β β Tampilan toko (2/5), pertama dateng rada ngga percaya kalo ini adalah tempat servis resmi untuk Dell garansi toko. Tp setelah masuk dan coba servis garansi pelayanan oke (4/5). Hasil servis memuaskan.
Jika servis disini usahakan minta kontak selain yg tertera di nota karena seringkali ketika ditelpon tidak nyambung.
Storefront (2/5), at first I didn't believe that this is an authorized service place for Dell store warranty. But after entering and trying the service guarantee service is okay (4/5). Service results are satisfactory.
If the service is here, try to ask for contact other than what is stated on the note because often when you are called it doesn't connect.

β β β β β Saya mau klaim garansi ke toko ini, karena SSD bawaan saya rusak. Katanya harus di cek teknisi 5 hari kerja. Yaudah saya tinggal di sana 5 hari kerja. Eh, ternyata 5 hari kerja katanya yang rusak SSD kedua saya. Padahal, laptop saya gk bisa boot OS. Sudah pastinya yang rusak SSD Bawaan saya, karena pas pertama kali beli sudah pastinya dong OS di install di SSD bawaan. Entah ini permainan mereka biar garansi saya hangus atau teknisinya yang gk beres. Mungkin mereka ngira saya bodoh kali ya wkwkwk. Soalnya saya bawa ke tempat servis lain katanya rusak di SSD bawaan dan solusinya hanya reinstall windows.
Saran saya bagi yang mau ke sini, mending gk usah. Cari aja tempat lain aja. Walaupun produk kalian garansi distributor, coba dulu aja ke servis resmi. Siapa tahu mereka menerima produk garansi distributor.
I want to claim warranty to this shop, because my default SSD is damaged. He said it had to be checked by a technician in 5 working days. Well I stayed there 5 working days. Eh, it turns out that it took 5 working days to say that my second SSD was damaged. In fact, my laptop can't boot the OS. Of course, my default SSD was damaged, because the first time I bought it, it was certain that the OS was installed on the default SSD. I don't know if this is their game so that my warranty will be void or the technician is wrong. Maybe they think I'm stupid. The problem is that I took it to another service center and it said it was damaged on the default SSD and the only solution was to reinstall windows.
My advice for those who want to come here, it's better not to. Just look for another place. Even though your product has a distributor warranty, try it first at an official service. Who knows they receive a distributor warranty product.
