At 14:00 pm I came here for CS, but they said they didn't want to wait 30 minutes because CS was taking a break. What time is the break?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank BNI yang berada di dalam komplek perkantoran Roxy mas.. lokasi strategis.. tapi pelayanan nya rada lama.. kasirnya ada 3.. customer servicenya juga 3 tapi kadang gk beroperasi semua..
Bank BNI inside the Roxy Mas office complex ... strategic location ... but the service is a long time ago ... there are 3 cashiers ... the customer service is also 3 but sometimes it doesn't operate all ...
