★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini 15 okt 2021. Pimpinannya parah. Cuma mau tanya urusan sepele aja (tidak sampai semenit). Suruh ngantri. Mending pelayanan nya cepat dan profesional. Antrian panjang. Bikin rusak nama BNI aja.
Today is October 15, 2021. The leadership is terrible. I just want to ask a trivial matter (not even a minute). Tell queue. The service is fast and professional. Long queue. Just ruin the name of BNI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini tanggal 03 February 2022 , customer servies parah untuk pelayanan kebanyakan ngobrol dan berteletele ( untuk 1 orang tidak ada batas waktu pelayanan )
Today is February 03 2022, customer service is terrible for services, mostly chat and rambling (for 1 person there is no service time limit)
