★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet used to be “Crystal Jade” but now called the “Jade Kitchen” but basically still the same Teochew restaurant. Different menu and some new dishes. We shared “hargow” and “chee chong fun” from the dimsum choices, and salted egg fish and sautéed garlic “pak choi” veggie. All delicious but the fish really stands out. Super delicious. Service was very slow during lunch hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was lucky to go there and I have had a great experience! The Chef is from Hong Kong and no wonder why it remains me my favourite place to eat in Asia! But I did find out only after the meal! Service was super polite, friendly and a genuine heart! As being in the service industry for more than 20 years I have to say it’s a place that I like to go back again and again, you feel comfortable in this restaurant and it is RESERVED for EVERYDAY:)
I had dim sum, delicious Peking duck, signature rice with veg and salted fish.. very interesting mix, chicken sweet and sour, crispy and tasty! To name few only, bon appétit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Chinese restaurant at Pacific Place. Some kinks which can hopefully be resolved in time. Average price for SCBD.
What they got right:
• Knowledgeable and attentive staff
• Clean and new
• Varied menu includes healthy options.
• Steamed tilapia was tasty and filling
What can be improved:
• Wait time for food - It took 20 minutes for my first dish, siomay, to arrive. There was only one other customer at the time.
• Meat quality - The pork used for the siomay was low quality and majority gristle. I like cartilage but this was too much. I didn’t finish the siomay which is uncharacteristic for a dumpling lover like me.
• Table setting - Ensure every table has basic condiments (soy sauce, chili oil, vinegar) or bring them with the first order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery from here. Dimsum feast! I miss having dimsum (small snacks) with my family so much. Dimsum for me is equal to sharing and togetherness. So imagine how delighted I was to receive this spread from my super friend and @jadekitchenindonesia ? This meal came neatly packaged and well balanced with matching condiments. There's juiciest crispy pork, generous amount of beef in the char kwetiau, tender chicken in the flavorful hainan rice, fat shrimps in the well made changfen. To top it off, there were egg yolk buns too! Truly a treat to the eyes aside from the dancing flavors in our mouths! Yap, 2020 restricts our travels. We have cancelled 4 big trips and countless small ones. However, thanks to meticulous establishments such as this, we surely traveled to Hong Kong for a few hours due to the glow of the well thought meal. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered dumplings, hakau and tofu skin spring rolls. It tastes great and I always get prawns in every bite. When I came, they offered some Rp98k++ promos for 2 rices, 2 side dishes (chosen menu) and 2 iced teas. The two side dishes I ordered were delicious. The waiters are also good.
