★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So nice almost on the whole aspects. Friendly staffs, nice service, and cheaper price than I thought. But it was only the usb port. On my way to and back from Jakarta, I got seat where the port kind of loosy and wasn't fast charging. So it was the missing point. But it was great service, and I do really recommend this travel to and from Jakarta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came one minute late, but I didn't see any car left from the mall (I was watching from the distance while walking fast to get there) because actually there's no departure at the time I booked from tiketux. Two staffs there seemed confused and asked me from where I booked and emphasized whether the time was right.At the beginning, the receptionist was willing to reschedule (due to not knowing), but then she called someone from the system and I could conclude that twas their mistake, then she cancelled. Waiting for that confirmation spent 10 minutes. They blamed me to come earlier instead. There was someone else like me there at that time. Very unprofessional and this happened twice, so I can tell it seems such a trick. Not only ghosting, wasting money, time, but also blaming.
