★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best choice for travel if you wanna go to Bandung, especially the Premium service. You will served with a Mercedez Benz car, with full of facilities. USB Charger port, Seatbealt, Foot Rest, Adjustable seat, Curtain and Mineral water.
It worth to pay more for more comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always use this pool to go back to Bandung since it’s nearest one from Sudirman and Thamrin area (it’s in SCBD area). The place is easy to access and near food court so I can eat while waiting for my minibus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, i didnt know know cititrans' staffs could get on the phone loudly with their friends, talking about inappropriate stuffs in a front office, in front of customers. Theres a little girl too inside. Like going on a date, flirting, laugh loudly, swearing (tamely, like anjir) and even saying things (if im not mistaken) ngeue. Like.... Can you just go out for a second and doing that outside instead? Not to mention the place was soo..... Dirty. In the past i became a quality controller for this travel agency, they called it secret guest. So we rate our experience. At those time things were good, tidy. But nowadays, i dont know guys, you downgraded yourself, the price is higher but the quality is lower.
Please do something about this. Very disappointed.
On the other hand, the car is tidy and male staffs are friendlier. I dont know maybe its the scbd's location that makes the female staff could get so arrogant? Never have i witness this in dipati ukur office. Bandung people are so nice. You sucks this time.

This is a shuttle transportation service for passengers between Jakarta and Bandung City. A passenger from this SCBD Sudirman station will be transported to Dipati Ukur central station or Buah Batu Station at Trans Studio in the north area of Bandung you may check the schedule for each destination.
The transportation provided by this company is a big MPV vehicle with a wide sitting chair to make you feel comfortable and there's a spacious gap between passengers. The maximum capacity per car is 8 inclusive of the driver.
This station is the busiest one amongst other stations belongs to this company the shuttle is leaving every 30 minutes as long as the booking is full. But the departing time sometimes out of the schedule depends on the traffic condition at that time.
You may do the booking by phone to make sure your seat or directly comes to this station and waiting for any available schedule.
This station is near the big supermarket and food court area and a small shopping mall, you might do shopping or eat or drink first while waiting for your schedule.

Even they not use mercy anymore, the new car is good also.
Every seat has charger plug, comfortable and adjustable seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best Cititrans pool. They don't have glass for drink from the gallon.
But the staffs, especially their driver and dispatcher are awesome. The best experience i've ever had in Cititrans.

The minus is, their vehicle is parked inside Grand Lucky supermarket, so we have to walk from side street to Grand Lucky parking area.
After all, well done, Cititrans! Never let their customer down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From big company as Bluebird Group, today i am disappointed of stupid regulation, that from passenger much make test antigen but from the driver they dont make it, How can be lah.
Because of driver wE are late and some of car must putar balik ??
Please manager of cititrans if you wanna make regulations make sure that it is make sence!
