★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ekspedisi paling jelek. Paket kirim ke Jogja dari solo. Sempet nyampe Jogja malah dibawa ke Semarang dan macet hampir seminggu. Busuk!
 Worst expedition. Packages sent to Jogja from solo. When they arrived in Jogja, they were taken to Semarang and were stuck for almost a week. Rotten!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket suruh ambil sendiri, gabisa ambil bukannya diantar malah didiemin dongkrok disana. Paket yang lebih baru aja udah dateng loh, yang udah ketumpuk lama malah didiemin dongkrok lama disana. Wa slow respon telpon ga diangkat.
The package was told to take it myself, couldn't take it instead of being delivered, it was just left there. The newer packages have just arrived, the ones that have been piled up for a long time have been left sitting there for a long time. Wa slow response, the phone is not picked up.

Sangat merugikan customer
If there is no service to send packages to the destination address, why is your COD payment method also available? It's true that I chose Shopee Express from the start, instead I moved to Express ID..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service layanan jelek sekali .. pada tracking aplikasi tertulis sudah sampai kantor depok . Tapi sudah ke cabang depok tapi paket tidak ada melainkan di gudang sortir . Saya disuruh ke gudang sortir di daerah tajem . Setelah sampai tajem bertemu karyawan bernama Anung . Ybs tidak ada niatan untuk membantu mencari paket bahkan ditanya akan dikirim kapan juga tidak bisa memastikan .. paket dikirim tanggal 13 Oktober dan tanggal 20 oktober malam hari ini masih belum ada kabar
