★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nggak tau gimana prosedur nya. Sy dtg pas jam istirahat. Sy tungguin karena sdh mau slsai, katanya sampe jam 1. Jam 1 lewat 10 baru selesai istirahat, ternyata.
Mbak yang on duty liat sy gak langsung nglayani. Dia scanning barang yang baru dtg dr mobil box. Dikacangin dong. Padahal udah berdiri minta dilayani.
Selesai scanning lmayan lama baru nanya ke sy: paketnya ini ya pak? (Nunjuk box besar seberat 7 kg yg dari tadi sy taruh di meja)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah pelayananya disini, mau kirim barang udah jauh² saya disuruh pulang lagi. Dengan alasan cs nya lagi pada istirahat. Saya datang adzan duhur sblm jam 12 udah gak ada Cs yg standbay. Minimal klo mau istirahat ada yg jaga 1 org barangkali ada customer jauh² kaya saya gak disuruh pulang lagi. Saya di J*E pun jam istirahat ada 1 cs yg standbay dan tetap dilayani, pelayananya juga ramah², gak kaya disini.
