Target market-nya yaitu pelanggan potensial yang tinggal dalam radius satu kilometer dari titik lokasi toko atau transit traffic di area-area publik. Yomart diposisikan sebagai tempat belanja yang dekat dan hemat.
Maksudnya, jika dilihat dari marketing mix yang disiapkan, produk yang disajikan lengkap sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Produk itu juga harus bermutu alias kualitas yang diperoleh konsumen sebanding atau bahkan melebihi harga yang dibayarkan. Harga yang ditetapkan termasuk terjangkau (hemat). Yomart berusaha memahami keinginan konsumen dan mengajak pelanggannya untuk bijak dan cerdas dalam berbelanja.
Soal tempat, Yomart berupaya untuk dekat dan praktis. Artinya, lokasi toko Yomart secara geografis dekat dengan pelanggannya. Kalau sudah dekat, pelanggan akan lebih praktis dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Untuk urusan promosi, karena yang ditawarkan lebih banyak produk-produk komoditas, Yomart lebih menekankan nilai tambah (value added) yang diperoleh pelanggan.
Itu saja belum cukup. Strategi yang diusung Yomart adalah mengemas hubungan (relationship) antara toko dengan pelanggannya secara khusus. Strategi tersebut juga disiapkan untuk menghadapi kompetisi yang semakin ketat dari waktu ke waktu. “Kami memberikan yang terbaik kepada pelanggan sehingga tercipta loyalitas yang semakin kokoh. Atau, bisa disebut loyalty based on experience,”

If it is close, customers will be more practical in meeting their needs. In terms of promotion, because it offers more commodity products, Yomart emphasizes the added value that customers get.
That's not enough. Yomart's strategy is to package the relationship between the store and its customers specifically. The strategy is also prepared to face increasingly fierce competition from time to time. “We give the best to our customers so that they create stronger loyalty. Lokasi sangat strategis. Parkir kurang nyaman, agak sempit karena biasa tempat mobil angkutan pada ngetem. Jalur utama Cirebon - Indramayu. Dekat lampu merah Karangampel. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya luas dan lengkap. Harga jg lumayan miring utk bbrp produk. Cm kdang suka males sm ngantrinya. Klo boleh saran, tambahin lg kasirnya.
