The most preferred one here is the free package pick up service, even though only one package is still being picked up, it bounces off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang diretur krn ditolak penerima, tapi malah isinya jadi rusak, dan disuruh bayar denda krn retur 20rb, diminta kuitansi tapi ga dikasih. Kardusnya penyok² kelihatan kalau paket ini dilempar2 atau ditumpuk² benda berat. Pelayanannya juga ga ramah.
The item was returned because the recipient refused, but instead the contents were damaged, and was told to pay a fine because it was returned 20 thousand, asked for a receipt but was not given. The cardboard is dented if the package is thrown or piled with heavy objects. The service is also not friendly.
