★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya ga banget. ibu pemiliknya sekarang galak dan terkesan sombong. padahal saya udah biasa kirim disitu dan kirim banyak pun dulu sering bahkan dari beberapa tahun yg lalu pas counter masih baru masih sepi ditempat yg masih kecil.
perkara minta copy resi aja sampe dimarah2in dan tulisan tangan dikatain ga bagus. ya kalau ga jelas kan bisa ditanyakan langsung ke saya bu toh saya pun masih berdiri didepan anda.
saya juga biasa kirim paket shopee lewat j&t di counter mana pun dan sering minta copy resi ga masalah tuh ga pernah dimarah2in sampai kaya gitu. saya minta copy resipun kan buat bukti kalau terjadi masalah pengiriman. saya kirim barang shopee atau tokopedia sudah bertahun2 loh dan saya pun paham.
counter nya sudah besar sih ya sekarang sudah banyak pelanggannya jadi 'agak' sombong ga kaya dulu ketika pick up masih bapak nya yg ambil dan yg jaga counter ibu pemiliknya dan masih ramah tulisan tangan saya jelek pun tidak dikatain heheheh

the counter is big, now there are a lot of customers so it's 'a bit' arrogant, not like it used to be when the pick up was still the father who took it and the mother who was guarding the counter the owner and still friendly, my handwriting was bad, didn't say anything heheheh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngirim paket sebelum dzuhur, di input nya tengah malem dong, bahkan kadang besoknya. parahh sih bikin pelanggan saya ngasih rating buruk ditoko saya.
Sending packages before noon, input in the middle of the night, sometimes even the next day. It's really bad for my customers to give a bad rating in my shop.
