★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya Kirim 2 Paket Shoppy COD di sini Buruk, pesan dari tanggal 15-12-2020 pengiriman masih 1 wilayah Jakarta sampai sekarang 22-12-2020 paket belum sampai.
Saya Pindah Kirim ke JNT lain Pickup tanggal 17-12-2020 Jakarta ke Jambi tgl.21-12-2020 Barang sudah sampai.
I sent 2 packages of Shoppy COD here. Bad, order from 15-12-2020, delivery is still in 1 Jakarta area, 22-12-2020, the package has not arrived.
I moved to send another JNT Pickup on 17-12-2020 Jakarta to Jambi on 21-12-2020 The goods have arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu itu saya datang antar paket pas magrib. Tapi yang namanya customer mau datang subuh juga hak kita. Disitu pegawai senior sih kayaknya tiba2 nyeletuk. "Magrib dulu kali paket gak selesai2" Yg di dalem nyambung "kalo nurutin paket mah gak ada abisnya" Oke disitu saya cuek aja. Pas paket saya di entri di depan mata saya barang dilempar kebelakang ke arah tempat duduk senior tadi. Untungnya itu barang gue kemasan tahan banting dan bukan barang gampang pecah. Terserah sih lu mau apain tpi punya etika dong. Saya masih di dalem barang saya dilempar tanpa rasa malu/sungkan. Parah sih...nyesel aja ksitu dan gak mau lagi datang kesitu.
