★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prosesnya cepat, pegawainya ramah. Dan yang terpenting adalah, biaya pengiriman dengan Wahana sangat murah. Namun masalahnya Wahana lambat dan agak ceroboh dalam menangani barang kiriman. Ya harga sebanding dengan pelayanan, saya tidak dapat protes. Untuk pengiriman jarak jauh, saya merekomendasikan wahana, karena murah.
The process is fast, the staff is friendly. And most importantly, shipping costs with Wahana are very cheap. But the problem is Wahana is slow and rather careless in handling shipments. Yes, the price is comparable to the service, I can't protest. For long distance delivery, I recommend rides, because they are cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service satupun tidak ada yg aktif. Hanya bisa contact via web. Kurir bisa berbohong dengan menandatangani surat tanda terima barang. Ngurus barang yang ga sampai bisa makan waktu sampai satu minggu. Yang lebih parahnya lagi, kurir pengirim bisa menuliskan nama yg terima sesuai dengan nama resepsionis di kantor saya. Resepsionis saya kena trouble karena dikira lalai menerima dokumen tapi usut punya usut KURIR WAHANANYA YANG BAJINGAN MENANDAI BARANG SUDAH DIKIRIM TETAPI BELUM DIKIRIM. Sampai sini saya kira sudah cukup jelas.
No customer service, no one is active. Can only contact via the web. Couriers can lie by signing goods receipts. Taking care of items that don't take up to one week. Even worse, the sender courier can write the name received in accordance with the name of the receptionist in my office. My receptionist got into trouble because he was thought to be negligent to receive the documents but he was investigated to have a COURSE OF THE RESISTANT WHICH MARKED ITEMS SENT IT WAS SENT BUT NOT YET SENT. Up to this point I think it is clear enough.
