Berawal dr mbakny yg input kecamatan salah! Seharusny yg input tanya lg alamatnya sesuai belum? Dibaca ulang! Ini cuma nerima, nimbang, ngetik2, minta uang! Pantesan paket saya jalan2 jauhhhhh!
Ditatar lg Utk yg input!!!!
 Not really j & t .. Either I can't read or how, my package goes a long way and the response is very slow ..
Starting from Mbakny the input of the district is wrong! Should the input be asked again, is the address appropriate? Reread! It's just accepting, weighing, typing, asking for money! Please order my package to go far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak professional, pelayanan lambat ketika ditanya paket sdh dimana, waktu pencarian sampai 1 hari kerja (sy tanya Sabtu sore, baru dikabarin Senin sore) bahwa paket hilang. Dan masih membela diri.
Very unprofessional, the service was slow when asked where the package was, the search time was up to 1 business day (I asked Saturday afternoon, only reported Monday afternoon) that the package was lost. And still in self-defense.

yes, after the package from the same as from west jakarta, it's been 3 days and it hasn't arrived yet. J&t is now the worst, it's not recommended, it doesn't work.
