This is the first time I've used Si Fast's expedition service, I usually use another brand but I'm not satisfied...Quality is OK and Safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanggal 02 Oktober 2021, saya mengirimkan barang buat pelanggan MP saya, namun pihak SC tidak memberikan bukti penerimaan barang dan hanya menyampaikan bahwa sudah diproses silahkan cek di MP anda.
Al hasil, sampai dengan hari ini (07 Okt 2021) barang yang saya kirimkan belum sampai di penerima, dan kalu dicek di Notif MP saya barang saya masih saja di gerai tersebut dan belum ada perpindahan ke area tujuan.
ketika saya tanya ke Gerai, hanya menjawab masih dalam proses investigASI, DAN MINTA BUKTI rESI/BUKTI dROP..
ya sudah lah, saya ikhlaskan saja, yang pasti untuk menjaga reputasi terpaksa saya mengirimkan kembali ke pembeli saya barang yang dipesan.
buat semua, harap berhati-hati sebelum mengirimkan barang, pastikan minta Resi/ bukti Drop sebelum barang sampai tujuan jangan buang resi tersebut.
buat team sicepat, tolong lebih berhati-hati, terkadang saya melihat ketika pick up dari gerai, meskipun barang sudah tertulis Fragile tetap aja dibanting.
jangan-jangan, sicepat menerima beberapa karyawan yang buta huruf kali yah.
On October 2, 2021, I sent goods to my MP customer, but the SC did not provide proof of receipt of the goods and only said that it had been processed, please check your MP.
As a result, as of today (Oct 07, 2021) the goods I sent have not yet arrived at the recipient, and when I check my MP Notifications, my goods are still at the outlet and there has been no transfer to the destination area.
when I asked the outlet, the only answer was that it was still in the investigative process, AND REQUESTED PROOF OF RECEIPT/PROOF DROP..
well, I'll just let it go, for sure to maintain my reputation I was forced to send it back to my buyer the ordered item.
for all, please be careful before sending the goods, make sure to ask for receipts / proof of drop before the goods arrive at their destination, don't throw away the receipt.
For the Sicepat team, please be more careful, sometimes I see when I pick up from the outlet, even though the item has been written Fragile, it still gets slammed.
lest, Sicepat accepts some illiterate employees.
