★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang respons untuk customers. Barang tiba jam 3 pagi. Hingga esoknya gak dikirim ke alamat rumah. Padahal jarak DC ke alamat hanya 10 menit. Giliran diambil langsung alasannya barangnya numpuk sulit dicari. Payaaah petugas expedisinya.
 Service lacks response to customers. Goods arrive at 3 am. Until the next day it won't be sent to the home address. Even though the DC distance to the address is only 10 minutes. The turn is taken directly because the goods are piled up hard to find. Payaaah the expedition officer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu lokasinya masih di sebrang Global Islamic School pelayanan ok banget karna ada CS cewe2 yg ngelayanin klo mau ngirim barang tp semenjak pindah ke sebrang Jl. Datuk Ibrahim pelayanannya kacau banget..
Berkali2 mau ngirim barang cuma Security aja yg ramah nanyain tp pas dah di dalem di kacangin asli..
Ga ada yg ngelayanin sampe harus nunggu lama banget baru ada yg "ngeh" klo ada Saya di situ megang paket..
Jadi deket mah deket banget dari rumah tapi klo berkali2 dapet pelayanan yg buruk mah mending pindah ke J&T lain yg agak jauh..
When the location was still across from the Global Islamic School, the service was really good because there were female CS officers who took care of sending goods but since moving to the opposite side of Jl. Datuk Ibrahim, the service is really messy ...
Many times I want to send goods, only Security is friendly, but asks me when I am in the original beanie ...
There was no one who served it until I had to wait a long time before someone "caught" if there I was there holding the package ...
So close to home, but if you get bad service many times, it's better to move to another J&T which is a bit far ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kirim paket jam 11 pagi, yang samperin security katanya karyawannya belum dateng. Paket udah ditaruh sama security ke dalem, katanya nanti akan diproses tapi sampe sekarang jam 4 sore status blm berubah - ubah. Gimana ini pelayanannya? Toko saya jadi keliatan lambat kalau begini
