★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS J&T membuat drama, bahwa kalau ada perbedaan berat di marketplace online, gaji karyawannya akan dipotong, seakan-akan serba salah untuk karyawan sehingga CS lalai dalam melakukan tugas.
Paket ditahan dengan alasan saya tidak balas untuk konfirmasi, padahal CSnya sama sekali tidak telfon, hanya WA saja.
Semua barang kena berat volume, meskipun peraturannya seperti itu, kenyataannya CS JNE memberi patokan, bila barang sebesar dus Aqua baru kena berat volume. Saya pakai JNE dan J&T Cabang Jakarta, MENGIRIM BARANG YANG SAMA, tidak pernah kena masalah seperti ini dalam 4 tahun lho.
Apakah Anda tahu dampaknya ?
1 seller saja seperti saya, akan memberi tahu setiap customer bahwa J&T pelayanannya buruk, dan semua barang kena berat volume sehingga lebih mahal biaya ongkirnya.

CS J&T made a drama, that if there was a difference in weight in the online marketplace, the employee's salary would be cut, as if it was awry for the employees so that CS was negligent in doing his job.
The package was detained on the grounds that I didn't reply to confirm it, even though the CS didn't call at all, only WA.
All goods are subject to volume weight, even though the regulations are like that, in fact CS JNE provides a benchmark, if an item as big as Aqua's box is only subject to volume weight. I use JNE and J&T Jakarta Branch, SEND THE SAME GOODS, I have never had a problem like this in 4 years, you know.
Do you know the impact?
Just one seller like me, will tell every customer that J&T has bad service, and all goods are subject to volume weight so the shipping costs are more expensive.
