 I like the agent here the most because the service and communication are really good ... really responsibility for the package we leave ... all the teamwork is all right ... thanks ... and it's getting more successful ...

Walaupun lagi sulit begini, tapi respon nya super cepat dan paket langsung di pick up di hari itu juga dan yang paling penting respon nya baik banget sampe kurir yang dateng juga sopan banget.
Ini lebih cepat di banding telfon ke J&T customer service dan lain nya yang ga ada jawaban dan ga membantu.
Untuk yang daerah nya ga terlalu jauh dari sini lebih baik ke Kurir Service ini aja.
Really recommended, the response is fast compared to other J&T ratings.
Even though it's difficult like this, the response was super fast and the package was picked up on the same day and the most important response was very good until the courier who arrived was also very polite.
This is faster than telephone calls to J&T customer service and others who have no answers and no help.
For those whose areas are not too far from here it's better to just Courier Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf nih ya kak, kok tukang kirimnya gak sopan sih banget sih. paket saya baru sampai jam 4:40pm tapi di shopeenya ditulis telah dikirim jam 1PM, trus pas dateng nganterin barang kurirnya gak nyamperin malah suruh saya yang nyamperin padahal pintu garasi saya terbuka dan sudah saya suruh masuk
I'm sorry, sis, how come the deliveryman isn't really polite? my package just arrived at 4:40pm but the shopee said it had been sent at 1pm, then when it arrived the courier didn't arrive, instead told me to come even though my garage door was open and I was told to come in

Pertama kirim paket shoppe ke jnt keamanan atau gang kancil , kirim malem jam 7 lewat sampe siang jam 12 san ga ada update perjalanan di shoppe nya . Baru di tegur dan di samperin baru deh di update .
Dan ke dua
kirim paket shoppe ke jnt keamanan atau gang kancil , kirim jam 9 nan malem sampe skrng pun siang jam set 11 ga ada update perjalanan masih di kemas . Di wa chatting dan tlp ga di angkat dan ga di jawab sama sekali . Padahal ceklis dua atau aktif . Ga ada konfirmasi awal kalau mau di update jam brpa nya . Kalau gitu mending ke jnt cabang lain .
It's happened 2 times.
First, send the shoppe package to jnt security or the mouse deer gang, send it at 7 pm until noon at 12 noon and there is no trip update on the shoppe. Just been reprimanded and just arrived and updated.
And second
send the shoppe package to jnt security or alley deer, send it at 9 pm tonight until now at noon at 11 am there is no update the trip is still packed. In wa chat and phone calls are not picked up and not answered at all. Even though the checklist is two or active. There is no initial confirmation if you want to update what time it is. If that's the case, it's better to go to another branch of jnt.
