 one of CS in number 3919545 IS VERY NOT DECENT when CUSTOMER CALLS TO ASK CLARIFICATION OF PAYMENTS,
WITH CASE, JUTEX, JUDES ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND DIRECTLY CLOSED TELP BEFORE I FINISHED TALKING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cmc sangat mengecewakan sya kirim medan 2.099.000 sampai tempat sesuai pembicaraan dengan mba dinda.sampai medan custamer sya di pinta lagi 300.000 untuk by mobil dengan alasan kiriman di lempar lagi ke exp disana..
tolong dong kasih tau karyawan nya.kalo ngirim harus sesuai perjanjian jangan mengecewakan pelanggan cmc jakarta hanya bisa angkat tangan dan tidak ada tanggung jawab nya
cmc is very disappointing, I sent a field of 2,099,000 to the place according to the conversation with Ms. Dinda. Until the field, Custamer was asked 300,000 for the car by reason of the shipment being thrown again to exp there ..
please tell the employee. if you send it must be according to the agreement don't disappoint the cmc jakarta customers can only raise their hands and have no responsibility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aduh, parah banget deh ini cs nya. Mau cek status paket, ga ada aplikasinya. Di wa ke nomor yg tertera cuma dibaca, di telpon ke kantornya cs nya judes banget, saya komplain malah telpon ditutup. Di telpon balik malah ditutup lagi. ????
