β β β β β Khusus daerah tersebut Jasa paket yang bersangkutan ini kurang profesional, karena barang harus diambil sendiri, barang tidak di antar sampai alamat tujuan sesuai tanggal dan jam yang sudah ada dari jasa penjualan online yang terkenal dan banyak orang tau (hanya report saja tanpa kenyataan),
serta tidak ada konsfirmasi sama sekali dalam situasi apapun...!!!, Disini bukan kurir saja yang selalu di salahkan tetapi tergantung leadernya profesional atau enggaknya sudah kelihatan dalam menangani hal tersebut. Terimakasih

β β β β β Dulunya cepet.. kenapa sekarang lambat banget? paket sy yg harusnya tgl 8 udh dateng ini delay udh tgl 10.. dan sy tanya ke kurirnya kenapa dibilang blm ketemu
It used to be fast.. why is it so slow now ? my package which was supposed to arrive on the 8th has arrived, it's delayed already on the 10th.. and I asked the courier why it says it hasn't been found

Sy potthing aja-->lg pd lelah. Klo bs saling hargai aja dh, biar tenang.
Kurir,awalnya sesuai dg ulasan yg β sbg cust qt santuy aja, saling menghargai n hormati aja.
U/ kurir -> sbg cust klo qt g th alasan pastinya bawaannya mang cms n suudzon, smpn aja nmr kurir wil nya, bs mnt nmrnya k office(mntnya yg santun, nanti pasti d bls baik jg) . Tak kenal maka tak sayang, istilahnya.
Sejauh ini baiklah. Menghargai 1 sm lain aja.
Smg k dpnnya lbh baik, manajemen, front office n kurir.

Saat kirim barang petugasnya cuek.
Sering banget pakai jntntapi pengiriman lama.
Status paket sedang diantar pagi sampai sore belum diantar. Pernah sekali status diamtar pagi barang saya terima besok sorenya.
Tolonglah segera diperbaiki pelayanannya, jangan bikin kecewa pelanggan.

The status of the package is being delivered in the morning until the afternoon has not been delivered. Once the status was delivered in the morning, I received the goods the next afternoon.
