 the package is broken here and the jnt person is informed. but there is no solution if not pursued every day. lost goods complaint process 10 days. quite disappointed

Send from the 7th to the 13th, haven't arrived yet, when asked when it will be sent? Why stay in the warehouse?? The staff said it wasn't my jobdesk, I don't know, I just replied with a smile "thank you for not helping & wasting my time". J&T sucks. Just move to another expedition sometime

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gila liat komen nya keluhan semua, dari beberapa thn lalu sampe yg terbaru. Tidak belajar apapun ini J&T Cabang ini. Dan skr saya yg kena, barang nelor dari 30 maret sampe 8 april gak gerak, gak dikirim2. Kirim woy barang gw ada 5koli itu. Segede apa gudang nya sih sampe demen nelorin barang. Di telp gak ada yg angkat. Parah lu pny pelayanan, bikin jelek nama j&t.
It's crazy to see the comments on all complaints, from a few years ago to the most recent one. Didn't learn anything this J&T Branch. And now I'm the one who got hit, the goods from March 30 to April 8 don't move, they don't ship. Send me, wow, I have 5koli of my stuff. How big is the warehouse to the point where you want to find goods. On the phone no one picks up. It's bad that you have service, making J&T's name bad.
