Kantor pusat, cabang maupun agen nya sangat siap membantu memberikan solusi sesuai kebutuhan kita. Di masa pandemi, Dakota Cargo juga siap membantu hingga melakukan penjemputan paket (terutama yg berat dan besar), untuk di proses dan dikirim ke tujuan. Pelanggan bisa kemudian membayar lewat transfer bank. Barang juga bisa di track termasuk dg peta yg menunjukkan posisi truk dalam perjalanan ke tujuan. Harga sangat kompetitif dan highly recommended! Terima kasih atas pelayanan yang baik.
Dakota Cargo is a relatively new expedition but has a very good network, fleet and service. The head office, branches and agents are very ready to help provide solutions according to our needs. During the pandemic, Dakota Cargo is also ready to help by picking up packages (especially heavy and large ones), to be processed and sent to their destination. Customers can then pay by bank transfer. Goods can also be tracked including a map showing the position of the truck on its way to its destination. Prices are very competitive and highly recommended! Thank you for the good service.

very bad service, for those who want to send packages, it's best to look for a delivery service that is already well-known and for sure this is the worst cargo service in Indonesia, I'm very disappointed, I hope the package senders don't use Dakota services for emotions

the phone is never picked up, please fix the way the staff works to answer incoming calls because customers need information first before sending via DAKOTA
