★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sama sekali tidak ramah , karyawan ny galak" ,masa di tulisan ny diskon 30% dan di j&t lain dpt potongan diskon ny disituh enggak , pdhl di depan masih ada tulisan ny diskon di protes malah marah ,aduh karyawan nya parah itu yg cowo gak pantes jadi karyawan ekspedisi nyolot bgt kaya ngajak berantem muka nya gak ada senyum" nya Ngomong nya bahasa ny ngegas parah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah 2x kesini 2x juga di kecewain pelayanan bener2 buruk apalagi cs nya di tanya baik2 jawaban nya ketus semua, bikin kapok balik kesitu lagi. Di training dulu tuh harusnya sebelum di terima kerja gimana caranya melayani costumer dengan baik dan benar.
It's bad that 2x here, 2x also disappointed, the service was really bad, especially when the cs were asked nicely, the answers were all curt, making me give up going back there again. In training, before being accepted for a job, how to serve customers properly and correctly.

Trmpatnya strategis dan ada parkiran luas untuk motor dan mobil.
Hanya tempatnya kurang bersih, terlalu kumuh dan banyak sampah. Sehingga kenyamanan di dalam terasa kurang. Semoga bisa lebih baik lagi.
The location is right around the corner.
The location is strategic and there is ample parking for motorbikes and cars.
Only the place is not clean, too shabby and a lot of garbage. So that the comfort inside feels less. Hopefully it could be better.

The waiting room where the package was handed over was FULL of CIGARETTE AROMA and there were puffs of cigarette smoke in the 'back' area/employee area.. even though it's clear that there are no smoking regulations in the 'office' room...(rule number 1)
