★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there last Sunday for a hair cut. I have a high expectation when I came inside. The cashier asked whether I want to wash my hair and I said yes. I pick the cheapest one since it's Abit pricey where actually at the same price I can have a better service in other salon! Okay so I choose the cheapest one but I still expect to get a better service than my regular salon. First, someone guide me to wash my hair. He didn't give any massage while washing (usually most salon does it). he just wash my hair. That's first disappointment. After washing my hair, I sat and get a stylist to start cutting my hair. From the way he handled the scissors I know that he is not that expert, maybe he is new, or maybe he is nt good after all.
When he finish cutting my hair. Damn. He ruined verything. It's better for me to cut my hair in cheap salon!! My haircut is ugly.
I said to him that I don like the hair cut. Something wrong. It's not like what I want and describe him in the beginning. He said sorry but it won't change everything.
So now I know, big name, higher price is no guarantee that u will have better service in Irwan team. Never going back and I will tell my friends not to pick the cheapest one. They should eliminate it from the list!
So, for me, its not worth the money with the quality. At all. If there is 0 rating I will give it.
Such a disappointment.
Here I attached my regular hair while the last pic (the one I am inside the car) is after getting my haircut in Irwan Team pondok indah.
Grrrrrr..
So guyss, maybe you should reconsider if that is your first time to cut your hair there and yiu don know any stylist ok
