★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call center never response, waited more than 1 hour but no one picked up the phone. I tried contact them by email, but got response 3 days after with unclear solutions. It's been a month my case still unsolved, which is very simple, i just want to correct my bank account. But they insist me to print a letter, print my photo holding KTP, print a form with a wet sign an a stamp, and send it by post. It's like back to the 90's
