★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very regreat to have decided Indopremier as my securities company, I have lost many opportunities and time. After a very long registration process, and finally I was able to transfer to my RDN account and ready to make a transaction, this securities company has disappointed me again, I can't buy stocks because my account is blocked by KSEI, how can that be? How can I complete the registration process, get my username and password (after couple weeks) but my account is blocked when I want to buy? Very very ridiculous and disappointing :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sorry to give you bad review since I chose ipot as my first sekuritas because they are very affordable for newbie since they allowed first transaction starts from 100k, but now i do regret because of their service. I just realize they as the big sekuritas in indonesia has no active customer service. I already ask to whatsapp, telegram and email, but there is no response from ipot. Even i try to call, but same, no response.
May I ask what's the function of your phone number if you never pick up the call from your customer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My portfolio of stock market only at IndoPremier and it has been more than 2 years.
Everything was just right, until just recently on Aug.18 I sold some of my stocks. I used to be using IPOTPAY apps and only H+1 for withdrawing my fund, however nowadays i have to use link of indopremier.com to withdraw my money and they told me that it takes H+2 (working days) to do this.
I got transfered my money on Aug 24, which means 6 calendar days (there was national holidays in between).
Hope that Ipot will consider this matter for better services to your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst part of Indopremier is their call center. They never have any responses and slow to solve the issues. Everytime I have an issues with the apps, there is no eay to contact them since they never response it. That call center is useless. The email hardly answers. Always having a hard time to call them if i need help. However, if you are sign up the account they are very active and the phone is even faster to do rather than solving any difficulties.
Please rectify the issues of your call as "call center". We the trader pay the commision fees all the time but the service is not punctual. Very sad. Otherwise i will give indopremier perfect score....
