★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produk lengkap tapi after sales and customer care mengecewakan. Saya harus menunggu satu bulan tanpa kabar yang jelas soal pemasangan kamera di tempat saya. Sales dengan Pak Andri. Ada juga komunikasi dengan Bu Icha. Saya bisa menunjukan screenshot percakapan dimana tidak ada komunikasi yang baik dari pihak Inti Solusindo. Mohon ditingkatkan lagi untuk pelayanannya karena kalian perusahaan Jasa.
Update terbaru: Akhirnya saya minta no telepon teknisi Pak Hengky dari Bu Icha dan saya yang telpon sendiri dan schedule sendiri untuk kedatangannya. Jadi self service saking udah gak tahan nunggu gak jelas.

Complete product but disappointing after sales and customer care. I had to wait a month without clear news about the camera installation in my place. Sales with Mr. Andri. There is also communication with Mrs. Icha. I can show screenshots of conversations where there is no good communication from Inti Solusindo. Please improve again for the service because you are a service company.
Latest update: Finally I asked for the telephone number of Mr. Hengky's technician from Mrs. Icha and I called it myself and scheduled her own arrival. So self-service, so I can't stand waiting for it is not clear.
