★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a place if you want to change simcard, buy new card, top up your credit and activate 4G internet data. I suggest to come earlier because there's a lot of people most of the time. The queue can be very long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many customer complain about the attendance of only 2 out of 5 Customer Services clerks, and they work.so slow, and as number 14, I had to wait 1 hr and 30 minutes before my turn, the state telephone company Telkomsel should supervise and manage this outlet. After that one of the clers told thecustomers that when Telkomsel send them a message asking them for their rating on the service they weretd to click no 5 which is the top rating. This is unbelieveable but true.
