★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setelah lama tak mampir ke Ingkung Mbah Demang, kangen dengan citarasa Ingkung Ayam Mbah Demang.
Bumbunya meresap, dan ada citarasa unik karena konon Ingkung ini dimasak menggunakan api dari kayu bakar. Jangan/sayur Jantung pisangnya pun nikmat menggugah selera.
Ke-stabilan citarasa dari Ingkung Mbah Demang sempurna, sempat berpikir setelah lama tak mampir ada ketakutan perubahan kualitas rasa, tapi kekhawatiran itu tidak terjadi.
Sajian Ingkung disantap bersama nasi gurih sangat nglawuh'i. Tanpa pikir panjang langsung borong 4 ekor untuk buah tangan kerabat dan family. Puji Tuhan mrk sangat puas dengan cita rasa Ingkung Mbah Demang, cuman sambalnya kurang pedas (maklum mereka penikmat pedas☺️).
Ya, saya akan mampir ke tempat ini lagi. Dari sekian Ingkung yg pernah saya coba , hanya Mbah Demang yg memiliki cita rasa khas.

After not stopping at Ingkung Mbah Demang for a long time, I miss the taste of Mbah Demang's Ingkung Chicken.
The spices permeate, and there is a unique taste because it is said that Ingkung is cooked using fire from firewood. Don't/vegetable The banana heart is deliciously appetizing.
The stability of the taste of Ingkung Mbah Demang was perfect, I had thought that after a long absence there was a fear of a change in the quality of the taste, but that concern did not happen.
Ingkung dish eaten with savory rice is very nglawuh'i. Without thinking, immediately bought 4 tails for the gifts of relatives and family. Praise God they are very satisfied with the taste of Ingkung Mbah Demang, only the sambal is not spicy enough (because they are spicy lovers ️).
Yes, I will stop by this place again. Of all the Ingkung I've tried, only Mbah Demang has a distinctive taste.
