Kenapa setiap pelayanan untuk anter order online nya tdk diperlakukan dgn baik sama security nya di apartment ini. Seolah olah tdk percaya dgn driver, bahwa paket atau makanan yg dipesan customer di tower ini diminta untuk di titipkan.
Security nya tdk sangat sopan, songong... Tdk ada ramah ramahnya. Pdhl mereka juga bekerja sama seperti kita. Sungguh tidak bagus sekali pelayanannya. Sangat kecewa

The security is not very polite, songong... There is no friendly atmosphere. Pdhl they also work the same as us. Really not very good service. Very disappointed

Buat para customer jangan heran kalau dapet banyak cancelan dari Driver, karna kami harus jalan kaki lagi dari tempat parkir yg jauh, sedangkan kami kerja memburu waktu.
Tolong sediakan tempat dropoff khusus buat ojol didekat tempat penitipan barang.
Ruginya apa sihh bagi pengelola?
Takut terlihat berantakan kalau menyediakan dropoff ojol?
Kan ada security yg bisa atur.
Lagipula itu bisa menguntungkan para pemilik apartment juga.
Zaman sekarang serba online bos.
