★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been living here for 5 years now, at first it was OK but now the regulations are getting out of hand. For example, they charge guests a ridiculous amount of parking fee. Guests who come by motorcycles are not welcome either. The lobby staffs are friendly, but the security are not, they always treat me suspiciously like I'm some kind of intruder. Also, THEY REMOVED BCA ATM. Where am I supposed to get cash now?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents live in this apartment. In the East Tower to be exacted. By far, the facilities are quite satisfying, except that they dont have any BBQ pit provided in the swimming pool area like most apartments. But nonetheless, the area and surrounding areas are veey convenient and near many malls and restaurants and even famous hangout places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to go there by motorcycle (CC is below 500), you cant go through main gate. You have to go through back yard. You can go from Jalan Kecil beside RS Brawijaya and find a small path near Masjid. There you can find a motorbike parking lot, managed by local people (Park Rp. 2000). You have to take a short walk until back gate of tjis appartment, crossing a small river. The security are all friendly, and the environment is also neat and clean. Just have to do more effort when you visit it by motorcycle ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the exclusive apartement in South Jakarta. The security check at the front gate is quite tight. Online motorcyle transportation/service aren't allowed to enter the premises but online taxi (car) is permitted. In every tower there has a "public" swimming pool but feels like own a "private" one, because it rarely crowded with the owner/tenant of the unit and their guest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often visit this place because two of my students live here. The building is great and the environment is good. However if you wear a casual clothing for the first visit, the receptionist will underestimate you. I consider it as a rude action. Some of the receptionists also act rude (the guy with tattoos on his arm and the lady with short hair). They don't really communicate well with the visitors. I think they need to learn 'hospitality'.
