★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempatnya bagus untuk belajar baking, gurunya kompeten jg. tp dalam satu hari, guru yg ditempatkan tidak fokus mengajar pada 1 materi saja. ada beberapa murid dengan materi yg berbeda dalam 1 hari. gurunya jumlahnya terbatas dan harus pindah dari murid yg satu ke yg lainnya, dan juga sambil mengerjakan pembuatan orderan client. bagi saya metode pembelajaran seperti ini sangat tidak efisien. pada saat itu saya banyak menunggu guru untuk kembali pada saya supaya bisa lanjut ke step slanjutnya. sering kali, gurunya hanya memberi instruksi dan berpindah ke murid lain. feenya cukup tinggi untuk pengajaran yg kurang terfokus seperti ini.
 good place to learn baking, the teacher is competent too. but in one day, the teacher who is placed does not focus on teaching only one material. there are several students with different material in 1 day. the teacher is limited in number and must move from one student to another, and also while working on making client orders. for me learning methods like this are very inefficient. at that time I waited a lot for the teacher to come back to me so I could continue to the next step. often, the teacher only gives instructions and moves to other students. the features are high enough for less focused teaching like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lingkungannya bersih, alat2nya juga cukup canggih, tapi harganya sangat mahal, tidak sebanding dgn yang didapatkan. Hanya menu2 standar yang sebetulnya bisa dipelajari dgn gratis dr youtube. Gurunya tidak fokus dalam mengajar, arahannya kurang jelas. Sekolah yg betul2 cari untung gede, tp minimalis di aspek2 pengajaran.
The environment is clean, the tools are also quite sophisticated, but the price is very expensive, not comparable to what is obtained. Only standard menus can be learned for free from YouTube. The teacher is not focused on teaching, the directions are unclear. A school that is really looking for big profits, but minimalist in its teaching aspects.

Teknik pastry yang digunakan juga sangat keren. Bikin apapun disini, gak pernah gagal dari rasa maupun kualitasnya patut diacungkan jempol ??
