★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat buruk, Bridal shop dengan by appointment only. Tapi ketika sudah ok dan katanya sudah di schedule kan. Pas datang, tau2 staffnya kebingungan. Liat di buku daftar schedule tidak terdaftar.
Rencana mau fiting baju untuk liat2 opsi lain pun tidak ada penanggung jawab atau inisiatif dari staff untuk cek baju apa saja yang available.
Orang sudah janjian datang, salah profesionalitas staff2 mereka tapi mereka masih cari pembenaran dengan bilang bisa fiting di hari yang lain buat di cek baju yang availble
PADAHAL KESALAHAN DARI PELAYANAN YANG BURUK,
Staff admin yang tidak menschedule kan saya dengan benar,
Pas adminnya juga off kerja,
MOOD HANCUR di bridal ini.
SARAN SAYA KONFIRMASI MANDIRI YA KALO BUAT SCHEDULE SAMA BRIDAL INI. APAKAH SCHEDULE KALIAN BENER SUDAH TERCATAT ATAU BELUM.
JANGAN SAMPAI KEJADIANNYA SEPERTI SAYA,
sudah tidak bisa direct nanya ke owner kalo tidak naik pitam.
staff2 yang bisa kelupaan daftarin jadwal. tidak ada penanggung jawab disana,
solusinya ternyata hanya "bisa fiting di hari yang lain"
solusinya, "bisa tanya admin nya"
padahal adminya sedang off bekerja.
Managment yang gak jelas,
Tidak bisa menghargai waktu client,
masih bisa cari pembenaran.
opsi fiting dihari yang lain itu sebagai solusi tidak bisa menghargai waktu yang sudah kamu daftarkan untuk buat schedule di hari itu,
Setidaknya kalau klien tidak bisa direct sama orang yang bisa ambil keputusan (karena staff nya bilang ke saya tidak bisa telpon koko atau cicinya hanya bisa lewat admin)
setidaknya ada 1 saja staff yang bisa punya inisiatif untuk bisa cek tanpa harus menyuruh fiting di hari yang lain.
Atau bahkan harus sampai marah dulu ke staffnya untuk telpon orang yg bisa bantu jelaskan baru staff nya bergerak untuk tlp cici kokonya.
Selalu bilang ke saya " tidak bisa ke koko cicinya langsung, lewat admin saja" PADAHAL ADMIN NYA LAGI OFF KERJA.
Sudah salah masih cari pembenaran.
Klien ngerasa waktu janji yang sudah di schedule kan sangat tidak di hargai.
sudah buat Janji aja staff gak capable buat cek available baju. harus nunggu keputusan dari atas.
Saya hanguskan DP saya dan akhirnya bisa dapet butik yang pelayanannya sangat profesional di hari yang sama bahkan saya walk in tanpa appointment. Bahkan di butik lain saya bisa langsung dilayani staff2 yang pada saat itu juga cek available baju, padahal butik yang lain saya walk in dan diijinkan untuk coba gaun2. Ada penanggung jawab di butik ke 2 saya yg bisa langsung cek di system baju yang available disaat itu juga. Padahal saya walk in di butik lain. Jomplang banget pelayanannya. Kapok banget, memang ke bridal itu gak bisa cmn 1 opsi saja. Salah saya hanya 1 opsi dan langsung deal dan DP 30% diawal denga butik ini.

The service is very bad, Bridal shop by appointment only. But when it's ok and it says it's on the schedule right. When it arrived, the staff knew that they were confused. Look in the book, the schedule list is not listed.
The plan is to fit clothes to see other options, there is no person in charge or initiative from the staff to check what clothes are available.
People have made an appointment, the professionalism of their staff is wrong but they are still looking for justification by saying they can fit on another day to check available clothes

MY ADVICE CONFIRM INDEPENDENTLY IF YOU CREATE A SCHEDULE WITH THIS BRIDAL. IS YOUR SCHEDULE REALLY RECORDED OR NOT.
DON'T LET IT HAPPEN LIKE ME,
I can't directly ask the owner if I don't get angry.
staff2 who can forget to register the schedule. no one in charge there
the solution turned out to be only "can fit on another day"
the solution, "can ask the admin"
even though the admin is off work.
Unclear management,
Can't appreciate the client's time,
can still find justification.
the fitting option on the other day as a solution for not being able to appreciate the time you have registered to make a schedule on that day,
At least if the client can't be direct with the person who can make the decision (because the staff told me I can't call Koko or her granddaughter can only go through the admin)
there is at least 1 staff who can have the initiative to be able to check without having to order fittings on another day.
Or even have to get angry with the staff first to call someone who can help explain, then the staff moves to call cici koko.
Always telling me "you can't go to the coco cici directly, just through the admin" EVEN THE ADMIN IS AGAIN OFF WORKING.

I burned my down payment and finally I was able to get a boutique with very professional service on the same day, even I walked in without an appointment. Even at other boutiques, I was immediately served by staff who at that time also checked for available clothes, even though I walked in other boutiques and was allowed to try on dresses. There is a person in charge at my 2nd boutique who can directly check the clothes system that is available at that time. Even though I walked in at another boutique. Very poor service. I'm really tired, indeed going to a bridal shower can't be just one option. My fault is that there is only 1 option and I immediately deal and DP 30% at the beginning of this boutique.
